If you are driving to Chicago:
In downtown Chicago, from Interstate 90/94, take te Ohio Street exit. Ohio Street is a one-way street heading east. Proceed eight (8) stop lights to Wabash Avenue where you turn left on Wabash. If you are flying into Chicago's O'Hare Airport:
BY CAR - Exit the airport via I-90 (Kennedy expressway) east following signs "to Chicago." Take the Express lanes if open. Exit at Ohio Street, a one way street heading east. Proceed eight (8) stop lights to Wabash Avenue and turn left on Wabash. The Cass Hotel is one (1) block ahead on the left side of the street.
BY SUBWAY - Note about the subway: If you have a lot of baggage, are traveling with children or at night or feel you may be uncomfortable with the diversity of a "big city subway," you should consider other means of transportation to the Cass Hotel. Try a private bus or taxi.
At the baggage claim area take the escalator downstairs at the blue sign "Train to City." Take any train. Exit the train at the Washington Street Station. This ride will take about 45 minutes and cost $1.50 per person.
From the Washington Street Station:
Take a taxi to the hotel in about five (5) minutes at a cost of about $5.00
Walk about nine blocks north (see map)
Change trains and take the northbound State Street subway to the Grand Avenue and State Street stop. The Cass Hotel is two streets north and one street east.
BY PRIVATE BUS - Continental Air Transport, a private bus company, can be found in the baggage claim area of O'Hare. They will provide a van or bus that will drop you off at the hotel. Cost is about $17.00 per person. Discounts are available for round trip ticket purchase. For more information, call Continental Air Transport directly at 312-454-7799
BY PRIVATE LIMOUSINE - Look for a large message board in the baggage claim area listed as "Ground Transportation. " It has a telephone attached an will allow you to obtain prices and availability for a private car ride to the hotel.
BY TAXI CAB - Expect to pay about $32 one way. This cost may increase per person and at peak travel times when roadways are congested.

If you are flying into Chicago's Midway Airport:
BY CAR - Exit the airport terminal and proceed left (north) on Cicero Avenue about one (1) mile to I-55 (Stevenson Expressway). Take I-55 east (enter highway by taking the ramp to your right before proceeding under bridge). Follow signs "to Chicago Loop" and "To Wisconsin I90/94 West" (do not go "To Western Suburbs"). From I90/94 proceed to Ohio Street Exit. Exit at Ohio Street, a one way street heading east. Proceed eight (8) stop lights to Wabash Avenue and turn left on Wabash. The Cass Hotel is one (1) block ahead on the left side of the street.

At the baggage claim area, take the subway train to downtown Chicago. Purchase a transfer. Exit the train at the State and Lake Street Station. From the State and Lake Street Station:
Take a taxi to the hotel for about $4.00
Walk six (6) blocks north across the river, and one (1) block east to the hotel.
Exit the train station and take a northbound bus on State Street to Grand Avenue. Walk two (2) streets east to Wabash Avenue and three (3) streets north to the Cass Hotel.

If you are arriving in Chicago by Amtrak:
The Amtrak trains arrive and depart Union Station at 210 South Canal Street, about 13 blocks south and 9 blocks west of the Cass Hotel.
BY BUS - Catch the "#151 Michigan Avenue" Bus on Canal Street. Get off the bus at Michigan Avenue and Ontario Street. Cross Michigan Avenue and walk two (2) blocks west down Ontario Street to Wabash Avenue. Turn right on Wabash Avenue and the Cass Hotel is on the left side of the street.
BY TAXI - Costs about $7.00 and takes 10 minutes.

If you are arriving in Chicago by Greyhound:
The Greyhound station is located at 630 West Harrison Street, about 18 blocks south and 7 blocks west of the Cass Hotel.
BY BUS - Catch the "#60 Blue Island" bus east to Michigan Avenue. Transfer to the "#3 King Drive " bus north. Get off the "#3 King Drive" bus at Michigan Avenue and Erie Street. Cross Michigan Avenue and walk two (2) blocks west on Erie to Wabash and the Cass Hotel.
BY TAXI - Costs about $8.00 and takes 15 minutes.
