It is interesting to find that my advisor's advisor's ... advisor (9 times repeat) is Leonhard P. Euler (1707 ~ 1783), the French Mathematician in the 18th century.

I have Erdos Number 2 in the sense that I am a coauthor of Dr. H. Taylor who is a coauthor of Dr. Paul Erdos.
As you have already guessed, my major area of research interest is "Coding, Crypto, and Signal Design"
in which we like to formulate mathematical model of some important and frequently asked PROBLEMS
in communication and signal processing, and try to understand their fundamental nature.
Specifically, I am interested in codes and PN sequences,
and I am trying to understand theoretical properties and practical applications of codes and PN sequences.
This is the one and only one topic of my research for the past more than 20 years.
I have published over 100 techincal papers and all these can be found here.
I am leading a research lab titled "Coding & Crypto Lab",
supported by the TMS group of BK21 from the government KOREA,
and consisting of about 10 grad students.
Please come again and visit my LAB !!
